At Hackney Local Involvement Network we have been working with "Rate Our Service" to introduce the "Rate Our Service" programme which allows local people to rate local health and social care services.  We want to hear your views on how good/poor your local service is, i.e. can you get a GP appointment when you need one? Can you get an NHS Dentist that offers a full range of NHS services?

 

Our research shows people do not complain, for fear of reprisal, they do not believe anything will happen or simply just do not have the time. The "Rate Our Service" scorecard allows you to leave your opinion on what you think without having to disclose your name and address.
